Pricebook Digital Launches Comfort Upgrades in PricebookPlus
New feature gives HVAC contractors a streamlined way to present optional accessories and services during the proposal process
STONE MOUNTAIN, GA — October 22, 2026 — Pricebook Digital, a leading provider of digital sales and pricing solutions for HVAC contractors, today announced the launch of Comfort Upgrades, a new PricebookPlus feature designed to help contractors present optional accessories and services to homeowners directly within the proposal experience.
Building on the recently refreshed PricebookPlus ShowSite, Comfort Upgrades gives homeowners a clear, convenient way to review additional products and services alongside the system options already recommended by their contractor.
With Comfort Upgrades, dealers can designate selected accessories and services as optional upgrades within PricebookPlus. When included with a proposal, those upgrades are presented to the homeowner on the ShowSite, where they can review available options and select the upgrades they want as part of their purchase.

A More Flexible Proposal Experience
Comfort Upgrades expands the PricebookPlus proposal experience by making optional products and services easier to present and select.
The new functionality allows contractors to:
- Designate accessories and services as Comfort Upgrades within PricebookPlus.
- Present optional upgrades directly on the ShowSite alongside the homeowner’s proposal.
- Give homeowners the ability to select the upgrades they want as they review their options.
- Provide additional product and service information to help homeowners better understand available upgrades.
- Automatically incorporate selected upgrades into proposal pricing, including applicable financing fees and sales tax.
For accessories, PricebookPlus can use existing product information available through the PricebookPlus database, including product imagery, model information and additional details. Dealers can also add supporting information to services to provide homeowners with additional context when needed.
Building on the New ShowSite
The launch follows Pricebook Digital’s September release of the refreshed PricebookPlus ShowSite, which introduced an updated proposal layout and a more streamlined way for homeowners to compare options, review equipment, view services and accessories, and make selections.
Together, the ShowSite refresh and Comfort Upgrades create a more cohesive proposal experience designed to make information easier to understand while giving homeowners greater flexibility when selecting a solution for their home.
Comfort Upgrades will be available in PricebookPlus beginning October 22, 2026.
Pricebook Digital will also host a November 5 webinar covering the new ShowSite experience and Comfort Upgrades functionality, including how dealers can prepare their PricebookPlus accounts and use the new features.
